　　据悉，今年下半年来，南京已开始加大“政府核价”力度。根据今年各个月份房价同比涨幅数据，7-10月份，南京房价同比涨幅均在1%以下，对比上半年涨幅数据已收紧不少，但分析指出，除非12月份南京房价出现暴跌，否则控价目标几乎难以实现。
