　　张高丽指出，这次中欧城市博览会，是配合在北京举行第十六次中欧领导人会晤而举办的一次重要活动，是落实去年5月中欧双方签署的《中欧城镇化伙伴关系共同宣言》的实际行动，也是中欧在城镇化领域最大规模的展会。这次博览会展示双方在政府城市管理、智慧城市建设、历史文化继承和生态环境保护等方面的理念和实践，探讨交流了城市建设经营的做法和经验，必将积极推动中欧城镇化伙伴关系向前发展。

　　张高丽强调，中欧城镇化处于不同发展阶段，双方合作潜力巨大、前景广阔。中国正在制定完善新型城镇化规划，通过促进产业和城镇融合、大中小城市和小城镇协调发展，推进以人为核心的新型城镇化建设，需要学习借鉴欧洲国家城镇化先进理念、技术和管理经验。同时，欧盟各国和企业积极参与中国城镇化建设，有利于拓展相关产业和产品市场空间，实现中欧发展优势互补、互利共赢。我们要在城镇化建设中不断拓宽合作领域，深挖合作潜力，增强合作成效。

　　张高丽表示，中欧推进城镇化务实合作，要加强政府间的沟通和协商，积极推动城市规划制订、基础设施建设、公共服务管理和城市环境保护等领域合作；要充分发挥企业主体作用，以项目合作为主要载体，确保中欧城镇化合作落到实处；要有效利用博览会、论坛等各种平台，不断完善合作交流机制，为中欧全面加强城镇化合作提供保障。

　　这次中欧城市博览会主题是“交流借鉴、互利合作、面向未来、创新发展”。博览会由国家发展和改革委员会、欧盟委员会能源总司共同举办。
