　　财政部20日发布1-10月国企经济运行数据。1-10月，国有企业累计实现利润总额19707 .8亿元，同比增长10.1%。19707.8亿元国企利润中，中央企业14232 .8亿元，同比增长13.9%；地方国有企业5475亿元，同比增长1.1%。

　　财政部财科所国有经济研究室主任文宗瑜接受《经济参考报》记者采访时表示：“从数据看，整个国有企业经济增长乏力。”

　　“国企利润增长10%是和去年相比，如果同2011年、2010年相比，增长是十分缓慢的。2009年、2010年左右，国企利润增幅相当快，有些年份甚至保持30%-40%的增长。”

　　数据显示，前10月，国有企业累计实现营业总收入377010 .5亿元，同比增长11%；累计发生营业总成本362790.3亿元，同比增长11.2%。对此数据，文宗瑜分析称：“营业收入增幅和成本的增幅高于利润增幅，说明国企的营业能力也不容乐观。”

　　数据还显示，前10月资产累计894170.9亿元，同比增长13.4%；负债累计584238.2亿元，同比增长14%；所有者权益合计309932.7亿元，同比增长12.2%。

　　“从资产负债和所有者权益看，资产增长和负债增长还是高于所有者权益，这说明很多国企还是靠负债来增加资产规模，而不是靠营利。”文宗瑜指出。

　　数据显示，1-10月，国有电子、电力、施工房地产、交通、汽车等行业实现利润增幅较高，国有有色、化工、煤炭、机械等行业实现利润降幅较大。

　　文宗瑜认为，今年年底到明年上半年，整个国有企业的困难现象不会有大的改变。
