　　新华网北京11月20日电（记者王经国）经中央军委批准，分别在总政治部、总后勤部、总装备部和海军、空军、第二炮兵、武警部队等7个大单位设立军事新闻发言人。他们是：总政治部群众工作办公室群工处处长韩江洲大校担任总政治部新闻发言人，总后勤部政治部宣传部部长冯毅大校担任总后勤部新闻发言人，总装备部政治部宣传部部长姜鹏武大校担任总装备部新闻发言人，海军司令部作战部副部长梁阳海军上校、海军军事学术研究所四室主任邢广梅海军大校担任海军新闻发言人，空军对外宣传办公室主任申进科空军上校担任空军新闻发言人，第二炮兵政治部宣传部部长洪兵大校担任第二炮兵新闻发言人，武警部队政治部宣传部部长刘军大校担任武警部队新闻发言人。
