　　央广网北京11月18日消息（记者孙莹）据中国之声《央广新闻》报道，《最高人民法院、最高人民检察院关于办理抢夺刑事案件适用法律若干问题的解释》今天（18日）起施行，将抢夺罪的入罪门槛提高至1000元至3000元，同时进一步明确从重处罚情节。

　　依据《解释》规定，抢夺公私财物价值1000元至3000元以上，属于刑法规定的“数额较大”，可判处3年以下有期徒刑、3万元至8万元以上属于“数额巨大”、判处3年以上10年以下有期徒刑，20万元至40万元以上的，属于“数额特别巨大”，面临10年以上有期徒刑或无期徒刑。《解释》要求，各省、自治区、直辖市高级法院、检察院可以根据本地区经济发展状况，并考虑社会治安状况，在上述数额幅度内确定本地区执行的具体数额标准，报最高法院、最高检察院批准。
