　　新华网北京11月16日电 (记者林晖)受来自蒙古国的冷空气影响，16日夜间至19日，东北地区将出现今年下半年以来范围最大、强度最强的一次降雪过程，中央气象台16日18时发布今冬首个暴雪黄色预警。

　　中央气象台预计，16日夜间到17日白天，黑龙江中南部、吉林中东部、辽宁东北部等地有大到暴雪，其中黑龙江东南部、吉林东北部的局部地区有大暴雪(20至30毫米)。上述地区积雪深度有5至12厘米，局部地区可达15至20厘米。降雪的同时将伴有5至6级偏北风，部分地区将出现暴风雪。

　　据了解，此次降雪过程主要降雪时段为17日至18日，黑龙江中东部和吉林中东部的部分地区将有大到暴雪，局地大暴雪，部分地区可能出现较为严重的暴风雪天气，相关部门需做好道路、电力等除雪除冰准备和设施大棚、牲畜圈舍的防风加固保暖防寒工作。

　　此外，受冷空气影响，16日至18日，华北、黄淮等地也将出现4至6级偏北风，气温将下降4至8摄氏度。
