　　网帖举报称，永州市江永县6名县级领导干部为子女伪造在外地工作的档案，之后将其调动回江永县行政或事业单位工作，以此规避本应该参加的统一招考。

　　经报道此事的媒体记者实地调查发现，被举报的官员子女大多是在近3年进入行政或事业单位，且此前没有参加现单位对应岗位的省、市、县统一招考。他们进入现单位，大多是通过工作调动。

　　随后，上述媒体在对被举报的领导干部子女进行采访时，大多不愿详谈在外地任职经历或没有正面作出回应。

　　而据江永县委某核心部门一位不愿公开身份的人士透露，网帖所提及的现象在2007年前后开始出现，湖南省及永州市曾多次派人进行调查，但最后均无结果。
