　　央广网黄冈11月16日消息 (记者左艾甫 湖北台高波)据中国之声《全国新闻联播》报道，湖北黄冈上巴河大桥原本设计使用寿命50年，仅运行了7年桥面就出现沥青多处破损、钢筋外露的状况，目前该桥已禁止客货车通行，居民直呼不便。

　　居民：上午是走过去的，下午回来，也是走过来的，真是不方便。

　　据了解，上巴河大桥2006年12月完工并通车。今年8月11号，中交第二公路勘察设计研究院对上巴河大桥进行检测并出具报告，明确指出防冲刷设施全部冲毁垮塌。

　　黄冈市公路局副局长王新国：主要原因为桥上部结构由于很多重型车辆通过，对桥面产生冲击，使桥面发生严重破坏，桥下部结构，主要是河道无序开采，河床下降造成的。

　　黄冈市委、市政府明确团风县政府为主体责任，水利部门限期对河道禁采，交通公路部门负责改造加固，预计明年4月加固完成通车。
