　　新华网长沙11月17日电（记者帅才 黄兴华）“目前中国器官移植事业正逐渐减少对死囚器官的依赖，进入以公民自愿捐献器官为主要器官来源的新阶段。”国家卫生计生委人体器官移植临床技术应用管理委员会主任黄洁夫在此间举行的中澳移植论坛上说。

　　器官移植医学是生物医学领域中最年轻的学科之一，随着人们对其临床意义和疗效的认识，移植医学得以快速发展。中国的人体器官移植从上世纪60年代开始起步，到现在每年大约有1万人次接受器官移植手术，已成为世界第二大人体器官移植国家。然而器官捐献体系器官分配、监管体系尚需进一步完善。

　　“在中国，每30个急需接受器官移植的患者中，只有1人能获得供体接受手术。”黄洁夫说。

　　中国工程院院士、卫生部多器官联合移植研究重点实验室主任郑树森认为，随着器官移植效果的不断提高，器官移植的适应征也在不断地变化和扩大，供体来源日趋紧张，严重影响了中国器官移植事业的进一步发展。

　　2010年，中国开始建立有第三方组织参与管理的器官捐献体系。目前，中国正在建立完善器官获取组织和人体器官捐献协调员队伍，通过严格使用计算机系统实施器官分配，确保公开、公正、透明的器官获取、分配与合情、合理、合法的人道主义救助。

　　今年2月，中国全面推开公民逝世后自愿器官捐献工作。同时，国家卫生计生委出台了有关人体器官获取与分配管理的规定，将在全国强制使用人体器官分配与共享系统。

　　17日，由中南大学湘雅三医院和卫生部移植医学工程技术研究中心承办的中澳移植论坛在长沙召开。论坛期间，与会专家就器官捐献、器官移植、异种移植等热点问题进行讨论。会议形成了《中澳移植论坛专家共识》，22所国内知名大学将加强与悉尼大学器官捐献领域的合作。
