Xinhuanet,, November 16 (reporter Shao Xinlian)-China Civil Engineering Group Limited (the Midlands group) in the 16th Nigeria's first real estate development projects in Nigeria's economic center Lagos in early morning trading.

　　新华网拉各斯11月16日电 (记者邵馨莲)中国土木工程集团有限公司(中土集团公司)在尼日利亚开发的首个房地产项目16日在尼经济中心拉各斯开盘。

　　该项目位于拉各斯市东南端莱基半岛，占地7.026公顷，紧靠莱基高速公路，距拉各斯商业中心地区约22公里，距中国在海外最大的经贸合作区——莱基自贸区约45公里。整个小区规划有70套住宅，包括联排、双拼和独栋别墅，总建筑面积约为31600平方米。

　　据介绍，该项目定位为高档别墅住宅小区，主打装修精、设施全、物业好三大亮点，尤其是24小时中央供水供电以及小区安保设施齐备，对客户有较大吸引力。

　　中土集团公司进入尼日利亚近20年，对该国基础设施建设作出贡献，并以优质的工程承包服务质量在西非打造了良好的企业品牌。中国驻拉各斯副总领事邱舰在开盘仪式上说，该项目标志着中土集团公司从工程承包商向投资商的转变。中土集团尼日利亚有限公司总经理石红兵说，尼日利亚是投资热土，希望通过这一房地产项目把一种全新的生活方式带给尼日利亚民众。

　　尼日利亚贸易和投资部长奥卢塞贡·阿甘加在仪式上说，发展房地产业将带动水泥等相关行业发展，期待更多类似投资项目出现。
