　　据记者了解，11月6日上午9时许，患者郑某某在位于杭州的浙江大学医学院附属第二医院妇科就诊。在进入诊室后，因质疑年轻医生的诊治能力而对其进行辱骂。并在别的诊室就诊完毕后，再度回到最初的诊室兴师问罪。严姓医生先后两次对其行为提出批评。两人发生争执，期间，郑某某动手实施了推扯行为。第三方医疗机构的伤情鉴定显示，被打的严姓医生左侧外耳道撕裂伤，耳廓、耳后软组织损伤。
