　　法制晚报讯(记者 陈斯) 本市拆除违法建设行动将严控“房上房”和“大棚房”，坚决拆除新生违建。年底前，全市将集中拆除一批严重影响城市形象的违建，城六区重点拆除违建的地区涉及经常开展国事活动的地区和道路沿线、风景名胜景点周边地区，以及城市景观节点。

　　《法制晚报》记者上午从市规划委了解到，今年3月以来，本市启动严厉打击违法用地违法建设专项行动。各区县对辖区内的违建整体情况进行梳理上报，其中包括居住区违建3.4万余处、140万平方米，普遍呈现单体面积小、处数多、位置分散的特点。截至10月19日，全市共拆除违建16338处、911万平方米，治理违法用地违法建设的成效显著。

　　尽管全市已投入了大量人力物力严控“零增长”，但像“房上房”、“大棚房”等位置隐蔽的新生违建仍时有发生，控制新生违建的形势依然严峻。

　　下一步，全市要继续严格落实居住区违建查处流程，落实网格化管理，严控“房上房”，让市民感受到拆违的实际成果。相关部门针对“大棚房”等违建进行重点整治，拓宽发现渠道，回收集体土地，坚决拆除新生违建。
