　　人民网武汉11月15日电 (记者 陈宇昕)15日，记者从第二届武汉双年展获悉，武汉打造“工程设计之都”实施方案以及配套政策即将出台。根据相关政策，从明年起，武汉市将对入选国家工程院院士的设计师所在公司给予1000万元重奖。据悉，该方案为国内首个工程设计产业升级方案。

　　按照实施方案，武汉市将着力提高工程设计产业能级。大力发展综合交通、绿色建筑、水与生态环境、地下城市、循环经济、节能和新能源六大工程设计咨询业。预计到2016年，武汉市工程设计营业收入将突破1200亿元，到2020年，申报完成“工程设计之都”。

　　为达到上述目标，武汉将出台11项配套政策，涉及组织领导、产业导向、人才培育引进、投融资、国际贸易、领军企业培育、财政等多个方面。

　　财政政策规定，从明年起，武汉将设立工程设计产业支持专项资金，由市区两级财政每年筹措1个亿，用于扶持工程设计产业发展。

　　人才培育引进政策规定，明年起，出现一个工程院院士，将奖励所在公司1000万元的发展基金；出现一个国家级勘察设计大师，奖励所在公司500万元发展基金；出一个省级勘察设计大师，奖励所在公司300万元发展基金。基金拨付给公司，个人获得多少，由公司分配。

　　武汉工程设计综合实力位居全国前列。目前共有勘探设计企业436家，2012年工程设计产业营业收入723亿元，市场占有率位居全国第三，从业人员超过6万人，今年产值将突破800亿元。分享到：(责编：王劲松、周俊娟)
