　　新华网北京11月15日电 (记者关桂峰)15日起，北京市正式供暖，各供热单位陆续开展入户测温，排查供暖问题，确保居民家中室温达到18摄氏度。

　　15日10时，在位于东城区交道口南大街的一栋居民楼里，王奶奶告诉记者，一周前开始试供暖，家里的暖气管就热了，这几天一天比一天烫。现在室内特别暖和，晚上盖厚被子还觉得有些热。

　　丰台区嘉园小区附近的锅炉房已经开启了3台燃煤锅炉。这里也是北京市五环以内为数不多的燃煤锅炉房之一，承担着约130万平方米、近1.5万户居民的供暖任务。明年，这座锅炉房将启动煤改气工程。

　　15日，北京市供热部门还将在全市范围内按照不低于2%至3%的比例开展入户测温，及时解决室内温度不达标的问题。北京市供热办主任王爱民说，如果15日后，居民家中室温仍未能达到18摄氏度，可先与供热单位联系，还可寻求第三方测温。

　　11月15日至次年3月15日是北京市法定的采暖期。北京市供热办预计今冬供热面积约7.6亿平方米，比去年新增2500万平方米，其中住宅5.33亿平方米。

　　针对上一个采暖季市民反映强烈的低温区、低温户问题，北京市各区县供热管理部门进行“挂牌督办”，一方面，进行供热管线检修改造，全面解决老旧小区管网的“跑冒滴漏”、局部不热、冷热不均等问题；另一方面，在夏季做好设备检修和改造，保证采暖季开始时设备完好。王爱民说，目前，北京市已经完成供热设施检修更新2万余项，开展了303个老旧小区的供热管网改造。
