　　现状：地上地下皆是瓶颈

　　国贸立交桥上层为三环路，中间层为长安街，下层为东三环及长安街辅路。国贸桥周边共有几十条公交线路经过并设站。地下则是地铁1号线和10号线的交通换乘站，由于大量车流人流聚集，交通出行环境较差。与此同时，作为金贵的CBD，区域内的地下空间利用却十分不足。

　　地上，长安街和三环的一横一纵两道车流人流交织。地下，1号线和10号线换乘人流汹涌，隐患不小。地铁国贸站目前的换乘方式为通道式换乘，主换乘通道宽度为8.5米，最大换乘距离约为160米。但由于两条线站厅高差为6.4米，换乘通道内设有两部扶梯、两部楼梯，导致单向人流最大允许宽度仅为4米，在高峰期十分拥挤，楼梯和扶梯的梯口极易形成人流瓶颈。

　　位于国贸桥边的国贸中心建成于1990年，经过20多年的发展，已成为多功能商业贸易中心，总建筑规模约86万平方米，但如何与城市交通衔接起来，参与解决地区交通问题，过去并没有好办法。

　　目前的“手术”方案是，大大增加地铁换乘通道的宽度，同时在地下建设面积约为5300平米的换乘厅，在立体空间内解决地铁进出站、两站换乘、与北侧地下商业连通等功能，各功能流线互不交叉，顶部开设天窗，将自然光引入地下，提高舒适性。

　　地下换乘中庭还与原国贸地下商业空间对接，不仅作为地铁换乘通道，同时作为地下空间人流集散和流转的核心。地铁使用区域和商业区域分区明确，实现立体的地下步行体系。据介绍，这借鉴了国际大都市利用地下空间作为交通换乘枢纽的成功经验。

　　在地面，规划方案则改造了国贸地块东南角现状坡道和地库出入口，形成城市公共空间，重新组织地块内机动车流线，尽量实现地面人车分流。

　　据介绍，国贸交通一体化方案将公示，听取公众建议。同时，规划部门正在更大范围用地内对CBD地区交通问题进行整合研究，推动国贸桥地下空间实现互联互通。

　　北京市规划委人士表示，国贸作为城市典型建成功能区，其更新改造过程中交通改善的规划方法，将对今后其他建成区的更新改造具有较强的借鉴意义。
