据俄联邦政府新闻局消息，俄政府13日召开外资监督委员会会议，讨论批准一系列外国在俄投资项目。俄联邦反垄断局局长伊戈尔·阿尔捷米耶夫会后说，中国石油天然气集团公司与诺瓦泰克股份公司的股权合作获得批准，中石油将收购诺瓦泰克持有的亚马尔液化天然气股份公司20%股份。同时，吉林昊融有色金属集团收购俄罗斯地质技术公司的带投票权股份也获得通过。
