　　据介绍，12日下午5时29分，有人发现一男子倒卧在湘潭市政府办公楼B栋东台绿化带内，地上有血迹，即向负责办公楼管理的物业公司报告。物管人员到现场后立即报警并拨打120急救电话。十分钟后，公安人员和120急救中心医护人员赶到现场。经检查，该男子已无生命体征。
