　　新华网南宁11月13日电 (记者覃星星)针对网络近日引起热议的“广西多部门工作日不办公搞业务学习”给群众带来不便的情况，南宁相关职能部门表示将加强整改，通过延长工作时间或是安排工作人员值守业务窗口等形式，努力实现政策学习和业务办理两不误，为群众提供更好服务。

　　南宁市房屋产权交易中心党委书记黄鹏介绍，南宁市住房保障和房产管理局属于行政事业单位，有政治理论和相关业务学习的要求。他表示，由于每周有学习时间的硬性要求，不得不学习；另外，在房产业务方面每一阶段都会有新的变化，因而有必要组织职工学习新的政策及相关法律法规。

　　“鉴于每周二下午因为学习不对外办公易给群众造成困扰，我们决定相关业务窗口星期六全天上班，同时在南宁市会展中心新增服务点，以‘分流’形式减少群众排长队，方便群众办理业务。”黄鹏表示，南宁市住房保障和房产管理局还努力为群众提供上门鉴证服务，只要残疾人、老年人等特殊群体打电话预约，即派工作人员上门服务，避免他们排队辛苦；此外还将加强信息化建设，群众在网上预约就可办理申请查档等业务，努力为群众提供更好服务质量。
