　　法制晚报讯(记者 周超) 今天上午，市交通委召开首次例行新闻发布会。会上发布了本市道路疏堵、地铁屏蔽门、定制公交等情况。

　　记者获悉，明年，三环路以内330公里人行步道、自行车道将进行改造。地铁13号线、八通线的屏蔽门拟于今年年底启用，1、2号线屏蔽门安装工程有望明年开工。

　　三环路内步道明年改造

　　2014年到2017年，本市将对所有市管道路上的自行车系统进行梳理、改造，方便行人、自行车通行。

　　明年，将对三环路以内的330公里、61处立交桥下的人行步道、自行车道进行改造。

　　13号线、八通线屏蔽门拟今年年底启用

　　市交通委运输局介绍，目前，地铁13号线和八通线已完成全部车站屏蔽门主体安装及配套改造工作。

　　地铁13号线光熙门站、柳芳站、北苑站三站及八通线管庄站已完成5000次连续开关门试验。其他站相关试验正在陆续进行中，待完成后，力争今年年底正式启用。

　　此外，记者了解到，地铁1、2号线屏蔽门安装工程已经立项，目前正在做前期方案，有望明年开工。

　　打车投诉回复时限减15天

　　市交通执法总队介绍，截至10月份，本市出租汽车行业共受理投诉14871件，全年累计将50名驾驶员记入“严重违法信息库”，3个月内连续2次严重违章驾驶员共计37人。有14家企业连续2期在出租汽车企业投诉率排名中出现，责令企业和违章驾驶员迅速整改。

　　执法累计查获“黑车”9259辆，其中查扣“克隆出租车”915辆。

　　据悉，本市出台《北京市出租汽车服务质量投诉处理办法》，缩短出租车投诉办事时限。规定将回复投诉人的时间从30日缩短至15日，对拒载、绕路等严重违章投诉一律从快、从严处置。

　　今年本市建设微循环道路100公里。朝阳路潮汐车道开通以后，晚高峰出城方向交通流量较之前增加14%，社会车辆速度提高6.7%。
