11月10日消息，某移动安全实验室发布《2013年10月手机安全报告》（以下简称“报告”）显示，进入10月后，涉及网购诈骗、支付诈骗的短信举报量增长8.2倍。

报告称，截至2013年10月底，用户主动举报骚扰短信累计超过9.78亿条，2013年10月新增0.73亿条，其中网购支付类诈骗短信尤为突出。

11月，大量网民进入消费旺季，不法分子正是抓住了这一时机。通过提示用户U盾、电子密码器过期等手段，让用户访问某个网址进行密码修改，而该网站通常为钓鱼类网站。用户一旦输入相关信息就会被不法分子通过银行卡将资金转移。

此外，快递诈骗短信也呈现出多种形式。一般会通过短信告知用户地址不详等原因无法投递，然后用户需通过电话联系。只要用户拨打相关电话，就会进入设置好的全套，诱骗用户支付一定款项。

与此同时，报告还称，大量手机银行、第三方支付、手机网购App被二次打包入病毒，其将危害用户网购安全。

据悉，该实验室检测出的遭遇二次打包次数排名前五的银行包括建设银行、招商银行、工商银行、农业银行和交通银行。此外一些第三方支付工具和网购应用也被不法分子加入病毒或恶意插件放置在不安全的第三方下载渠道。

对此，安全专家建议，用户不要向任何陌生帐户转帐、不打开短信中的陌生地址、不到非安全电子市场下载，以及下载专业的手机安全软件。
