本报三亚11月10日电 (记者陈成智 林容宇)近20年最强台风“海燕”肆虐菲律宾造成重大人员伤亡后，今天掠过我省西南部近海，受“海燕”外围环流影响，三亚今天出现大雨大风天气，三亚近海海面风力达到10级，阵风12级，其中“海燕”中心经过的附近海域旋转风最高达到15级，局部降雨量达到120毫米。多路段树倒砸车一片狼藉，市区多地段一度停电。
三亚今天长时间笼罩在狂风暴雨中，记者在河西路、榆亚路、凤凰路多路段看到，被刮倒的树木、交通护栏、广告牌、路牌、施工围栏随处可见，多个路段出现积水，交通指示灯已不能正常工作，给市民的通行带来阻力。

受台风影响，三亚市包括南山、天涯海角、大东海等所有景区全部关闭，所有涉水、涉海、涉山项目全部停止。据了解，三亚市中小学明天停课半天。

记者从三亚“三防办”了解到，南海救助三亚基地已抽调“南海救116”号救生船24小时值班，三亚市防汛机动抢险队、海事局和驻市军警已全面做好救援准备。
