　　禄劝县农业局代理人称，杨清华除能提供一个租金手续外，没有其他证据，对其所有权表示怀疑。同时，农业局将钱补偿给人和公司合法。禄劝有80多户属于禁养搬迁对象，但没有按照政府要求搬迁，大多没有获得补偿，他获得补偿将会给他人效仿。
