　　保定市环保局宣传处相关负责人称，为有效应对大气污染的严峻形势，严格控制15日起全市供暖后空气污染指数上升的趋势，市政府决定，自11月15日开始，市区东二环、三丰路、西二环、北二环(含以上道路)以内区域，按“单日单号车通行，双日双号车通行”的原则，实施单双号限行措施。
