　　新华网消息 11月11日晚间公告，11月08日，中集集团董事会收到副董事长徐敏杰先生的书面辞职报告，徐敏杰先生因个人原因辞去公司非执行董事和副董事长职务。根据法律、法规、其他规范性文件和公司章程的有关规定，徐敏杰先生的辞职自辞职报告送达公司董事会时生效。自徐敏杰先生辞去公司非执行董事和副董事长职务生效时起，其所担任的战略委员会委员的职务自动解除。

　　中远集团旗下A股上市公司*ST远洋11月8日晚间称徐敏杰7日被证实被有关部门调查。公司称于当日接到控股股东中国远洋运输(集团)总公司通知，公司执行董事徐敏杰正接受相关部门调查。同时宣布公司董事徐敏杰因个人原因已辞去董事职务，该辞任即日生效。
