  在奥尼尔看来,中国还需解决怀揣“买房梦”的农民工问题。他希望在本届三中全会中可以看到,农民工也同样享有住房、教育、医疗等权利,至少中国可以步步迈进,先从二线城市开始改革。让低收入的老百姓恢复“买房的信心”。


  美国著名经济学家、哈佛大学教授戴尔·乔根森接受法晚记者采访时表示,实现中国老百姓的“买房梦”应该首先对中国目前的户籍制度作出改革,而完善甚至取代现在的户籍制度将导致人类历史上“最大的迁移”,中国很多的农村人口将移向城市,这需要补充住房,同时就催生了人类历史上最大的“房地产工程”。
