　　据新华社电 国务院法制办公室29日就《中华人民共和国食品安全法（修订草案送审稿）》公开征求意见，送审稿规定，对违法违规行为将严惩重处。意见反馈截止日期为2013年11月29日。

　　 送审稿明确，加大对违法违规行为的惩处。将非法添加等严重危害食品安全的行为罚款额度由原法中五至十倍罚款提高到十五至三十倍；因食品安全犯罪被判处有期徒刑以上刑罚的，终身不得从事食品生产经营管理工作；承担食品安全风险监测、风险评估工作的技术机构、技术人员出具虚假监测、评估报告的，依法对技术机构直接负责的主管人员和技术人员给予撤职或者开除的处分；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。
