　　人到中年，压力大不大，有没有危机感向你袭来？零点研究咨询集团近日一项《2013年中年危机调查》显示，受访者中41-45岁的中年危机来势最凶。中年人或许是为了弥补婚姻的乏味和平淡，约半数的受访者希望自己有个蓝颜/红颜知己，而且半数以上中年人曾有过精神出轨或肉体出轨。

　　本次调查利用零点研究咨询集团网络调查系统，于2013年8月8日-14日针对北京、上海、广州、成都、武汉、西安六城市的1296位31-50周岁居民进行的随机访问。

　　在调查的6个城市中，包含了北上广三个一线城市，以及武汉、西安、成都三个二线城市。调查显示，北京、上海、广州三个一线城市的中年人明显压力甚大，尤其是北京和上海两大城市，中年人的危机指数并列第一高，都是68分。广州危机指数略低于北京上海，但是也在整体均值以上。

　　在30-50岁的城市居民中，41-45岁的中年人对“中年危机感”最深切。数据显示，处于41- 45年龄段的人群中，有近四成(38.9%)对“人到中年，危机四伏”的感触深刻，明显高于其他几个年龄段的感受。

　　近三成中年人负面情绪无从表达

　　除了感情生活，中年人面临的压力也不小。调查显示，中年人舒缓压力或缓解负面情绪的最常用的方式是“亲近的朋友或家人诉说”(43.9%)。而1/4的中年人选择通过微博/微信等网络途径进行倾诉。最令人忧心的是：有近三成(27.7%)的公众无从表达(被动的，无渠道：16.1%；主动的，习惯自己承受：11.7%)。

　　男性和女性中无从表达的比例相当，但是更多的女性是“被动的无处发泄”，认为自己是缺乏倾听者(男性：14.1%，女性：19.7%)，而男性则更习惯“自己闷着”(男性：14.1%，女性：7.2%)，是主动的无处发泄者。

　　半数以上曾有过精神或肉体出轨

　　平淡真实是中年人婚姻真谛，处于此婚姻状态中的中年人占总体的67.3%。在中年人群体中，婚姻状态处于良好状态的，占总体数量的81.8%，其中，认为当下婚姻充满激情，仍有爱恋感觉的仅占14.5%。余下的二成左右中年的婚姻状态并不那么尽如人意，甚至部分人面临婚姻危机。

　　针对已婚群体的婚外情感的数据显示：明确表示在过去一年中，没有发生过任何婚外情感的中年人为46.2%。也就是说，有半数中年人曾经发生过某种程度的出轨。其中，34%的中年人曾经对配偶以外的异性产生过好感；有21.5%的人曾经约会过配偶以外的异性；另外，有近一成(8.6%)的已婚中年人在过去一年中发生过婚外情或者一夜情。
