　　本报讯(通讯员刘东 张龙锋)近日，山东省菏泽市牡丹区检察院以监所检察部门为主线，依据捕后羁押必要性申请、启动主体和审查、决定、告知环节的不同，研究制定了五种常用文书，即《羁押必要性审查登记表》、《羁押必要性风险评估表》、《羁押必要性审查意见书》、《羁押必要性审查建议书》、《羁押必要性审查告知书》，严格规范羁押必要性审查工作的运作过程。今年以来，该院先后对36人进行了羁押必要性评估，其中5人被依法改变强制措施。
