卫生局长坦言其水质远不如自来水
本报讯 (记者伍君仪)昨日，市卫生局局长陈怡霓作客市政府纠风办和广州市广播电视台等单位联合主办的“行风面对面”电视节目，回答市民和媒体关注的热点卫生问题，称街头售水机合格率还不如管网的自来水，连她自己也不敢喝。各区卫生局的局长也出席节目，回应涉及辖区的“黑诊所”等问题。
街头售水机合格率仅60%
在广州的街头及居民小区内，经常能看到现制现售的售水机，只要投入1元或者5角的硬币就能取水。很多售水机外观破旧，没有营业执照编号、卫生许可证、水质自检报告等资料，也没有标明水是否能够直饮，因此，很多市民都对水质不放心，表示不敢喝。
原来，街头售水机是属于卫生局监管的。陈怡霓在节目中表示“不敢喝”，称从管网出来的自来水合格率是99%，而街头售水机合格率才60%多，但目前无法整体取缔这个行业。
据悉，目前街头的售水机不需要卫生许可证，商家只要买个售水机，找一个地方摆就行。街头售水机的出现有其历史原因——之前自来水水质不太理想，经过街头售水机处理之后口感会好一些。但这几年政府投入很大财力改善水质条件，现在的自来水无论是口感还是卫生质量都已经非常好了。
卫生热线12320即将开通
有记者拨打卫生局对外公布的投诉电话81085324时，被接线员告知打12320。这是全国通用的卫生热线，但上述接线员表示还没有正式开通，只是试运行。对此，陈怡霓表示12320将在10月30日正式开通，到时接电话的席位比较多，市民百姓有什么咨询和投诉都可以拨打。
