　　中新网10月30日电 据北京市第一中级人民法院官方微博“北京市第一中级人民法院”消息，原定于10月31日依法不公开开庭审理的李某某等五人强奸上诉一案，因上诉人一方在本院确定并通知开庭日期后，更换辩护律师，新更换的辩护律师申请延期审理。

　　北京市第一中级人民法院表示，为充分保障被告人依法享有的辩护权和未成年被告人的合法权益，决定将本案开庭日期延后，具体时间另行确定。

　　李某某等五人涉嫌强奸一案引发公众广泛关注。北京海淀法院9月26日上午对该案公开宣判。法院以强奸罪分别判处被告人李某某有期徒刑10年；王某(成年人)有期徒刑12年，剥夺政治权利2年；魏某某(兄)有期徒刑4年；张某某有期徒刑3年，缓刑5年；魏某某(弟)有期徒刑3年，缓刑3年。
