　　人民网南昌10月30日电 (肖成)由江西省抚州市中级人民法院进行一审并宣判的被告人王绍萍受贿、滥用职权一案，因被告人王绍萍未提出上诉，该判决近日已发生法律效力。此前，抚州中院作出一审判决，以受贿罪、滥用职权罪两罪并罚，判处其有期徒刑18年，并处没收个人财产人民币50万元，追缴犯罪所得，上缴国库。

　　被告人王绍萍，原系江西省农业机械化管理局局长，副厅级。法院经审理查明，2007年7月至2012年11月，被告人王绍萍利用其担任江西省农业机械化管理局局长的职务便利，在全省农机产品支持推广目录和产品补贴目录的申报、农机产品补贴标准、补贴资金结算等方面为请托人谋取利益，非法收受詹波等22人给予的财物，共计人民币686万元、美元0.7万元、欧元0.8万元、购物券4.4万元及金条2根、价值11.6079万元的房产。

　　另查明，2007年底至2011年，被告人王绍萍明知新余市驰田农业机械有限公司、江西省爱荷华农业科技发展有限公司等单位提供的材料不实，不符合农机产品购置补贴条件，仍违规同意不符合补贴农机产品进入江西省农机购置补贴产品目录，造成国家农机补贴资金损失共计人民币2203.724万元。

　　一审法院认为，被告人王绍萍上述行为已分别构成受贿罪和滥用职权罪。鉴于被告人王绍萍认罪态度好，并退缴赃款赃物人民币461万余元及金条2根等，且其所犯滥用职权罪有自首情节，遂依法作出前述判决。
