　　为规范医疗机构儿童微量元素临床检测，更好地维护广大儿童的健康权益，国家卫生计生委办公厅就规范儿童微量元素临床检测有关工作发出通知。通知提出，根据儿童的临床症状，可以开展有针对性的微量元素检测，但要规范取血技术操作和保存流程，使用的仪器设备应当取得食品药品监管部门批准。非诊断治疗需要，各级各类医疗机构不得针对儿童开展微量元素检测。不宜将微量元素检测作为体检等普查项目，尤其是对6个月以下婴儿。

　　国家卫生计生委要求地方各级卫生计生行政部门加强对辖区内各级各类医疗机构的监督管理，对违规开展儿童微量元素检测的医疗机构依法依规处理。
