　　京华时报讯(记者 张然)近日，一则“单独(夫妻有一方是独生子女)生二胎政策有望全国放开实施，不采取先在某个或某些省市试点的做法”的消息引发社会广泛关注。昨天，卫生计生委新闻宣传司相关负责人回应称，目前计生政策并无调整变化。

　　该负责人表示，对于计生政策调整的问题，此前，卫计委新闻宣传司司长毛群安、卫计委新闻发言人邓海华曾多次予以回应，已经表明了卫计委的态度。

　　今年8月份的卫计委例行发布会上，卫计委新闻发言人邓海华曾表示，在当前和今后一个时期，国家卫生计生委将按照中央的决策部署，适应经济社会发展和人口长期均衡发展的要求，积极稳妥地做好完善生育政策的相关工作。

　　在此前的采访中，卫计委宣传司司长、新闻发言人毛群安曾告诉记者，生育政策绝不能简单地理解为计划生育政策，更不能认为是可以生二胎或者“单独二胎”。
