　　为推动廉政文化产品的创作，推广河北邱县运用廉政漫画推进廉政文化建设的做法，中央纪委宣传教育室、中国美术家协会、河北省纪委面向全国征集、推广一批以反腐倡廉为主题的优秀漫画作品，传播正能量、鞭挞腐恶丑，为党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争深入开展营造良好文化氛围。

　　本次活动征集对象为组织或个人，征集截止于2013年11月30日，2014年上半年进行评审，优秀作品将入选全国廉政文化精品库，供各地区各部门各单位用于反腐倡廉宣传教育、制作廉政公益广告等。中央纪委宣教室将适时举办优秀作品网络展览。
