　　新京报讯 (记者 刘春瑞) 自今年9月1日起实行新退票规则算起，火车票退票费的计算方法不再四舍五入到元为单位，而是以5角为单位，尾数小于2.5角的舍去、2.5角以上且小于7.5角的计为5角、7.5角以上的进为1元。中国铁路总公司官方网站近日关于车票改签、退票有关事项的通知透露了以上内容。此前中国铁路总公司并未告知媒体以上内容，只表示自9月1日起，票面乘车站开车时间前48小时以上退票费的按票价5%计，24小时以上、不足48小时的按票价10%计，不足24小时的按票价20%计。
