　　新华网南京10月23日电(记者刘巍巍 朱国亮)记者23日从江苏省高级人民法院获悉，备受关注的江苏泗洪“宝马乡”集资诈骗案又有新进展。以房产开发为幌子，非法集资19亿元的集资诈骗案主犯石国豹今年6月被宿迁市中级人民法院判处死刑，缓期两年执行，经江苏省高级人民法院核准的死缓判决书已于10月22日送达。

　　宿迁市中院经审理表明，2009年初至2011年6月间，被告人石国豹成立个人独资公司，以投资开发房地产为名，以月息10%—15%甚至最高1万元一天150元的高利息为诱饵，采取口口相传方式，明知自己不具备偿还能力，仍然置巨额资金风险于不顾，先后非法向社会大量吸纳资金，后潜逃。石国豹非法集资合计约19亿元，其中用于经营不足1亿元，归还本息合计9.6亿余元，案发时3.5亿余元未能返还。

　　宿迁市中院认为，被告人石国豹以非法占有为目的，使用诈骗方法非法集资，数额特别巨大，且造成特别重大损失，其行为已构成集资诈骗罪。根据被告人犯罪事实及量刑情节，法院于2013年6月判处石国豹死刑，缓期两年执行，剥夺政治权利终身，没收个人全部财产。

　　一审宣判后，被告人未提起上诉，江苏省高级人民法院于2013年10月核准了对石国豹的死刑缓期两年执行判决。

　　两年前，江苏省泗洪县辖下石集乡曾因当地居民拥有众多宝马汽车，被称为“宝马乡”。后因高利贷崩盘，“宝马乡”背后的集资诈骗暴露，引发全国关注。
