　　中新网衡阳10月23日电(傅煜 江世炎 李建辉)湖南省人民检察院23日对外透露，经该院审查，湖南常宁市副市长谢阳当因涉嫌滥用职权罪、受贿罪被依法逮捕。

　　谢阳当现年48岁，男，副处级。据查，在担任常宁市副市长及兼任该市青阳北路开发建设领导小组组长期间，犯罪嫌疑人谢阳当超越职权，违法决定为某房地产开发公司免除因土地规划调整而应补缴的土地价款，为该公司谋取不正当利益，给国家造成巨额经济损失。在此期间，犯罪嫌疑人谢阳当还利用职务便利收受他人贿赂。
