人民网北京10月23日电(李楠楠)中石化处长张女士状告北京大东半岛信息科技有限公司(以下简称“IT商业新闻网”)、北京华网汇通技术服务有限公司(以下简称“中华网”)侵犯名誉权一案，今日上午在北京市朝阳法院公开宣判。法院判处IT商业新闻网赔偿张女士精神损害抚慰金三万元，中华网赔偿张女士精神抚慰金一万五千元，原告张女士共获赔四万五千元。
法院勒令IT商业新闻网及中华网10日内在其各自网站首页，及全国发行的报纸的显著位置上刊发致歉声明。
案情回顾：
张女士诉称，今年1月3日、4日，IT商业新闻网上出现名为《中石化女处长身陷非洲牛郎门”》、《中石化处长被非洲牛郎色诱了？》的报道，其中含有“安捷伦公司在中石化武汉乙烯项目中，利用非洲牛郎色诱招标公司中石化国际事业公司的一位女处长，在投资180亿元的项目中进行暗箱操作，最终，安捷伦不仅非法中标，还多赚了40万美金”等大量不实内容，并配有经过修改、与原告无关的图片。
张女士认为，网站未对其在网站上发布的信息进行核实，给张女士造成全国范围内的恶劣影响，严重侵犯其名誉权，极大影响了张女士的正常工作和生活，给其本人及其家人造成无法弥补的创伤，故诉至法院，请求判令网站立即停止侵权、公开道歉，赔偿精神损害抚慰金10万元。
法院受理此案后，张女士申请追加北京华网汇通技术服务有限公司为共同被告，因IT商业新闻网发布虚假信息大部分来自北京华网汇通技术服务有限公司经营的中华网的网络论坛，事发后曾向中华网客服要求删除虚假文章，对方不予理会，故认为其行为亦对张女士构成侵权。
