　　南都讯 记者周松柏 昨日上午，茂名市畜牧兽医局局长李益和在上班路上，突遭一名男子的拳头袭击，眼部受伤。昨日下午，茂名官方就此事通报称，袭击李益和的男子是一名精神障碍患者，目前该男子已被送到医院进行治疗。

　　据知情者称，昨日上午8时许，李益和在茂名市区迎宾路口行走时，一名男子突然从路旁窜出来，举起拳头就胡乱地往他头上砸去。李益和躲闪不及，一只眼角被打伤，不过伤势不重。

　　今年8月23日，李益和刚被茂名市政府任命为畜牧兽医局局长。该事发生后，昨日下午，茂名市官方特就此事向外界通报称，袭击李益和的男子是一名精神障碍患者，有病史，此前，其也发生过多起无故袭击路人的行为。
