新华网南宁6月29日电（记者李斌）广西柳州市纪委29日通报，柳州市教育局由于在工作中责任不到位，存在失职行为，已构成严重违纪。6月25日，柳州市纪委经常委会研究并报请市委同意，决定对柳州市教育局的严重违纪问题进行立案调查。
