　　中新社天津12月17日电 天津市人民代表大会常务委员会16日发布公告称：根据选举法的规定，2013年12月6日，天津市南开区人大常委会第十五次会议决定，接受金建平因个人原因辞去天津市第十六届人民代表大会代表职务的请求。根据代表法的有关规定，金建平的市人大代表资格终止。

　　2013年9月，天津市纪委透露，天津燃气集团董事长金建平因严重违纪，目前正接受组织调查。

　　金建平，1959年4月13日生，籍贯天津。1983年毕业于天津大学建筑系，1999年天津大学工商管理研究生毕业，2003年赴澳大利亚皇家理工大学进修。2001-2002年元月任天津市燃气集团副总经理；2002年元月至今任天津市燃气集团有限公司总经理。(完)
