更糟糕的是，那天正好是当地的垃圾日，当她看到纸条时，垃圾桶已被清空了。UPS公司做出回应，称他们已经就此事开始着手调查。而出售给Sole平板电脑的公司表示愿意另外再给她补发一台。

虽然事情有点无奈，不过Sole并不希望UPS解雇这名快递员。
