　　新华网上海12月10日电 (记者黄安琪)上海市松江区人民检察院于10日以涉嫌故意杀人罪对松江杀婴案犯罪嫌疑人雷某依法批准逮捕。

　　11月24日10点30分左右，上海警方接到报警电话称：4个月大的婴儿在家中“失踪”了，而整个过程只有“一转眼的功夫”。

　　11月27日，警方认定失踪婴儿的伯母雷某有重大作案嫌疑。经审讯，雷某交代了犯罪事实：因为家庭纠纷，心理失衡，于24日9时许将侄子杀害并藏匿在洗衣机中。

　　雷某表示：“我就想拿她(弟媳)家宝宝出出气，然后就把他抱到卫生间里，我听到我公公回来了，情急之下才用手捂住了他的鼻子和嘴巴，然后我发现宝宝就不动了。我现在想，我也觉得自己好残忍。”

　　据悉，雷某今年22岁，去年五月嫁到婆家后产下一女。去年7月，弟媳的到来让雷某的内心开始失衡，逐渐迁怒于弟媳才产下几个月的宝宝。
