Telecommunications link 4G FDD test capacity: 15/city

On December 17 news, China Telecom and China Unicom today issued a notice to announce TD-LTE/LTE FDD hybrid networking experimental cities increased 15, totaled 56.

China Telecom added 15 cities respectively : Shaoxing,, Changzhou and Yancheng, Xuzhou, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Tangshan, Baoding, Dalian, Qingdao, Zhongshan, Huizhou, Yangtze River, Wuhu and Yulin.

China Unicom added 15 cities namely :, Weifang, Wenzhou, Quanzhou, Foshan, Fuyang, Wuxi, Yichang, Hengyang, Guilin and Langfang, linfen, in Nanchong city, weinan, Nanyang and Nantong.

On June 27 this year, the Ministry issued a notice officially awarded to China Telecom and China Unicom, two major operators "LTE/fourth-generation digital cellular mobile communications business (LTE FDD)" trial commercial business licenses, two in 16 pilot cities respectively.

Subsequently, on August 28, the Ministry expanded the range of two companies, increased to 40 cities.

On November 17, as part of world Internet Conference held in Wuzhen, Zhejiang Province, the Ministry once again added a test city for two companies: jiaxing, Zhejiang.
