粉蒸肉的做法

材料:猪肉500克,鲜豌豆50克,大米75克。调料:花椒、味汁(盐、酱油、红糖、汤糟汁、辣豆瓣、姜末、豆腐乳拌成)、冷汤、葱花各适量。做法:1、大米和花椒放入锅内,小火干炒至熟,磨米成粉。2、猪肉洗净切片,放盆内加味汁拌匀,再加米粉拌匀腌制,将肉片摆入蒸碗内,豌豆洗净入碗,加盐、米饭、冷汤拌匀,浇于肉上,上笼蒸2小时,蒸熟后取出撒葱花即成。
