Foreign Ministry spokesman Hong Lei said on 20th confirmed by and in coordination with the Philippine side, the Chinese Government dispatched emergency medical teams and Red Cross Society of China international search and rescue team will travel to the Philippines to participate in the rescue, Red Cross under the first batch of rescuers will depart today.
