Answer: I have just recently introduced in China by Vietnam since last build phase II South drilling platform when a job related problem of collision protection vessels, and explains the situation. I can answer your question more pertinently, that is in the waters, Chinese vessels is the defensive side, the more vessels is the attacking party. China ships only 17 nautical miles from China's Island, and party boats are long distance sunlight almost 160 nautical miles to the scene. Which side are proactively initiated a collision at the scene? Which party tension at the scene? This is very clear.
