　　新华网北京5月27日电 (记者张鹏雄 谭晶晶)外交部发言人秦刚27日在例行记者会上证实，“981”钻井平台已完成南海中建岛附近海域第一阶段作业，并已转场开始第二阶段工作。

　　秦刚在记者会上回答有关提问时表示，中国有关企业在西沙群岛近海的勘探活动已开展10年，包括此次钻探作业在内的各项活动均在无争议的中国近海进行，合理合法，完全正常。

　　他说，据有关企业发布的消息，作业平台已按计划转场开始第二阶段作业，这是本次整体钻探作业计划的一部分。本次钻探作业从5月2日开始，预计8月中旬结束。
