　　2014年4月28日，云南省高级人民法院对黎泰军同志作出撤职处分的决定。

　　经云南高院调查核实，2014年4月7日20时13分许，黎泰军驾驶私人轿车返回至其居住的昆明阳光果香小区，因车辆进入小区问题与值班保安谭明发生争执，黎泰军动手推打值班保安谭明，致其头部受伤。经昆明医学院第二附属医院司法鉴定中心鉴定：谭明伤情为轻微伤。4月21日，黎泰军向谭明及小区物业、保安公司道歉，双方达成和解。

　　黎泰军同志的行为违反了《人民法院工作人员处分条例》的有关规定，云南高院决定对黎泰军给予撤职处分，从副处降为正科；其担任的云南省高级人民法院民事审判第二庭副庭长职务的撤销按照法定程序办理。
