　　法院审理查明，2006年至2012年，戴玉庆在担任广州日报社社长、广州日报报业集团董事长、广州传媒控股有限公司董事长期间，利用职务上的便利，接受下属和某医科大学及其附属医院的贿赂共计人民币246.9万元，在岗位调整、职务晋升、广告业务等方面为他人或单位谋取利益。
